Job Description

Key execution lead responsible for operationalizing and driving the commercial strategy and financial accountability for the Unified Communications (UC) portfolio. This role will execute new pricing models own subscription growth strategies and lead the crucial initiative to track and report Return on Investment (ROI) across business investments directly enabling the businesss aggressive 3-5x growth objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Expertise in SaaS Financial Metrics & Analytics:
Requirement: Deep working knowledge and proven experience with key SaaS financial metrics including ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) Churn LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROI. Must be proficient in defining tracking and reporting these metrics.
2. Subscription Lifecycle Management & Growth Strategies:
Requirement: Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategies to maximize LTV by optimizing the subscription renewal process and driving upsell and cross-sell programs.
3. Cross-Functional Operations & Readiness:
Requirement: Strong experience in a role that bridges Strategy Finance and Sales/GTM Operations. Must be highly skilled in coordinating efforts across teams (GTM Finance Sales Ops) to ensure new offers are correctly enabled and integrated into systems and processes.
4. Financial Reporting & ROI Tracking:
Requirement: Proven ability to establish and manage a rigorous framework for tracking and reporting ROI on business investments and preparing detailed reports for senior leadership.

Target Base Salary Range: $110000 - $125000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
