Job Summary

Manage delinquent accounts and recovery activities
Conduct field and desk collections within microfinance contexts
Negotiate repayment plans in line with approved credit policies
Maintain accurate recovery records and performance reports
Work closely with Credit and Portfolio teams to reduce portfolio at risk

Qualifications :

A degree in Business Management
At least 3-year similar experience preferably in a microfinance or lending institution.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven with a positive attitude
Be a team player.

Additional Information :

Salary budget: 50k-60k
