Job Summary

Support the Client Operations team in analyzing and resolving client issues in FMCG and Technology & Durables (T&D) focusing on Indonesia market (FMCG & T&D) and Samsung/LG accounts across APAC for T&D. This role involves assisting on data extraction data analysis and monitoring core operational KPIs to prevent and resolve client queries and concerns. The position provides exposure to NIQs core processes and client engagement while working closely with functional leaders in Operations.

1. Data Analysis and Issue Resolution

  • Perform data extraction and analysis from NIQ systems to determine root cause of client issues for Indonesia FMCG/T&D and Samsung APAC.
  • Support the analysis on rework requests for Tech and Durables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Data Operations Data Science Quality Commercial) to gather relevant information for resolving issues.
  • Document resolutions and maintain query logs for continuous improvement.

2. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare reports dashboards and presentations as needed by the Client Operations Leaders.
  • Work with the Quality Team to maintain accurate records of escalations reruns and approvals.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Provide support in managing priorities on client issue resolution.
  • Assist in coordination for Samsung and LG accounts including data checks and issue tracking.
  • Participate in selected internal meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.

4. Continuous Learning & Process Improvement

  • Learn NIQs data production workflows quality standards and escalation protocols.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operational tasks and improve turnaround times.
  • Identify areas within the client operations remit that can be improved or automated by AI (e.g. automating client issue analysis).

Qualifications :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data tools such as Python Tableau PowerBI etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural fast-paced environment.
