About the Job

We are in search of a Lead Generation Specialist to support their business this role you will be responsible for identifying potential leads nurturing relationships and setting qualified appointments for the clients sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving revenue and expanding the clients market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Prospecting: Identify potential business opportunities using project databases company websites and CRM tools. Research and confirm decision-makers and contact informatio
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to introduce the companys products or services and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads activities and interactions in the CRM system. Track responses and follow up as needed.
  • Account Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with focus accounts to stay top-of-mind and convert engagements into opportunities.
  • Quote & Opportunity Support: Provide pricing information or proposals for leads not ready to meet and nurture them until they become active opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Administration: Participate in team meetings training sessions and weekly check-ins. Dedicate time to organize and update lead data for efficient outreach.
Qualifications
  • Education: A bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales lead generation or appointment setting is required preferably within the B2B construction or industrial industry.
  • Technical Skills: Must be proficient in using CRMs and project databases such as EstimateOne and BCI Central with strong data management and documentation abilities.
  • Soft Skills: Should have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) a proactive and organized work ethic and a results-driven mindset. Must also be capable of managing a consistent outbound rhythm independently.
  • Language: Must have a strong command of written and spoken English.
