What You Will Do:
The Systems Training and User Support Senior Consultant will join a dynamic team supporting a global implementation of an IT system at the Department of this role the candidate will assist with the deployment user support and training for end-users of a global IT system.
Day to day responsibilities may include:
Creating training materials to include manuals presentations and hands-on exercises to educate users on system functionalities
Conducting training sessions for different user groups addressing user needs and answering questions about the system
Providing troubleshooting assistance to users during implementation phase and addressing any post-deployment issues
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD securityclearance
Bachelors degree
THREE (3) years experience with system administration software deployment and/or systems training
What Would Be Nice To Have:
State Department experience (or other international agency)
Experience with Archibus or Kahua platforms
Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing project requirements
