About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilledSenior Graphic Designerto elevate our visual brand presence across digital and print platforms. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our internal marketing assets while delivering high-quality creative for B2B client engagements.
This is a hands-on design role within a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate brings strong execution skills UI/UX experience for website design and a solid foundation in print production.
Work Allocation (Initial Focus):
- 6570% Internal Brand & Marketing Initiatives
- 3035% Client Design Projects
Over time client-facing design responsibilities will increase as internal brand initiatives are completed.

OBJECTIVES KEY ROLE DISCIPLINES
Digital & Web Design
- Design visually compelling mobile-responsive website layouts
- Create wireframes and UI mockups (no coding required)
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Develop landing pages and conversion-focused digital assets
- Maintain visual consistency across digital touchpoints
Print & Collateral Design
- Design brochures product sheets trade show graphics and sales materials
- Prepare production-ready print files
- Develop branded presentation decks and marketing collateral
- Ensure consistency in typography layout and brand standards
Internal Brand Development
- Support redesign of company website
- Build scalable design templates and brand systems
- Create marketing assets that support sales enablement
- Help establish stronger visual consistency across the organization
Client Work (B2B-Focused)
- Translate technical/industrial concepts into compelling visual assets
- Work within brand guidelines across multiple accounts
- Manage revisions efficiently within agency timelines
- Contribute to campaign and website design initiatives
COMPETENCIES
- 5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Agency experience necessary
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Website design (UI/UX)
- Print collateral
- Branding and layout work
- Experience designing mobile-responsive websites
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools
- Figma or Adobe XD
- Canva (template creation and marketing assets)
- Sketch (preferred but not required)
Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of WordPress or website build workflows
- Experience collaborating with front-end developers
