Job Summary

Job Summary:

The Company is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Fenestration Wall Systems and Waterproofing Sr. Consultant to join their team. This role requires delivering Building Envelope Applied Technical Consulting and Commissioning Services which include person-to-person visits phone sales calls cold calling e-mail marketing networking responding to referrals architectural document peer review and comment Q.A. Site Visits photo captioning written reporting envelope condition discovery and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Sales: Actively market sell and perform applied technical consulting and commissioning services for both existing and prospective clients across the Companys markets.
Consulting: Perform technical consulting including storefront and curtain wall detailing with at least three years of direct experience in these areas.
Travel: Occasional travel required for providing services and to work alongside and train personnel in key markets.
Client Services: Focus on delivering high-value services to clients while prospecting and securing high-profile sales.
Reporting: Conduct photo captioning written reports and envelope condition discovery.
Collaboration: Work with the internal team train other personnel and grow the company through strategic efforts.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of three years of direct experience in storefront and curtain wall detailing.
Skills:
- Strong communication and networking abilities.
- Familiarity with applied technical consulting and commissioning services.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
- Strong client-focused approach with experience in high-profile prospecting and sales.

Compensation:

The Compensation Package offered will depend on the Consultants previous experience and expertise level as determined by the Company.

Typical Pay Range (Southeast U.S. Market):

Base Salary:
- Low end: $95000
- Typical range: $110000 $135000
- High end (for very experienced consultants): $150000

Hourly Equivalent (if contract or consulting):

$55 $75 per hour (typical)
$80 $100 per hour (for senior experts with strong fa ade/envelope expertise)
