Job Summary

Salary Range: Negotiate

Report to: European Managers

Location: KCN Thach That Ha Noi

1/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish Digital Skill ID
Monitor individual performance on all direct workers
Overview planning efficiency compared to skills and performance
Coordinate education path for all direct workers
Report to Production Manager & CEO.

2/ REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent English
Data analytical skills
Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience is an advantage (Other ERP systems such as SAP Oracle... are also accepted)
Ability to work independently
35 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing factory
