Job Summary
- Coordination for Quality Metric activities
- Work with stakeholders to collect data for monthly quality status report.
- Consolidate and analyze project data to seek for improvement area.
- Support in Quality Dashboard/Report/Automation topic.
- Coordination for Quality Audit activities:
- Communicate with stakeholders to plan and arrange audit schedule.
- Support for OPLs follow-up and create audit status report.
- Administration support for internal trainings: facility check material preparation etc.
- Other task assigned by Quality Audit & Metric team
Qualifications :
- Must be UNDERGRADUATE student major in Automotive Engineering Computing Engineering Information Technology Data Sciences or related major.
- Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory)
- Commitment: full-time or at least 4 days/week
- Logical and proactive thinking.
- Have interest in working with data and strive for improvement.
- Proficient in Power BI and MS Office (especially MS Excel).
- Good English communication
- Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Nice to have: understanding in Quality concepts Quality assurance activities and Quality Audit and certification: ISO9001:2015
