Job Summary

The Position

TheManagerHR Business Partnerserves as the primary HR advisorformanagers and employees across our Vietnamoffice with astrong focusonProduct & Engineering. This rolecombinesstrategic partnership with hands on executionworking closelywith business leaders and HRteamstoenhancetalentperformancecultureandoverallorganizationaleffectiveness whileensuringlocal complianceand alignment with global programs.

What You Will Be Doing:

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with leaders to understand businessand talentneeds andtranslate themintoactionablepeoplestrategies.
  • Provide end-to-end HRBP supportacrossworkforce planningperformance development engagementorganizational changes and team effectiveness.
  • Use datainsightsand metricsto guide decisions and improve organizational health.
  • Design and implementinitiativesthat enhanceproductivityteam performance.

Recruitment

  • Partner with Talent Acquisitiononbothtechnical and businesshiring.
  • Support recruitment strategies to attract andretainengineering and technical talent.
  • Contribute totalent engagement andemployer branding activities.

Talent & Performance

  • Drive talent reviews succession planningcareer growthframeworkand capability development programs.
  • Lead performance management cycles and coach managers on feedback development and team leadership.
  • Support smooth onboardingand integration for new hires.

Culture & Engagement

  • Help shape a positive high-performance and collaboration-driven culture.
  • Address team dynamics and engagementconcernsproactively.
  • Reinforce company values and long-termpeopledevelopment.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Advisemanagers andemployeeson employee relationsmattersand policy interpretation.
  • Handle sensitive cases with professionalismconfidentialityand fairness.
  • Ensure compliance withlocallegislationsand internal HR practices.

HR Programs &Enablement

  • Implement HRprogramsin partnership with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition Total Rewards and Engagement & Learning)
  • Improve HR processes and supportadoptionof digital HR tools.
  • Apply HR analytics toidentifytrends and recommend actions.

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field.
  • 6 years ofHRBPexperiencein similar roles ideally in tech or engineeringenvironments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability tobuild trustinfluenceacrosslevels.
  • Excellentstakeholder management andcommunicationskills in bothEnglish and Vietnamese.
  • Fast learneradaptableand accountable.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and execution capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of Vietnam labor laws (regional exposure is a plus).
  • Proven experience in talent development performance management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Comfortableworking infast-pacedmulticultural environments.
