We are looking for a Remote Client Support Specialist to assist clients throughout the planning and coordination process. This role focuses on providing clear guidance handling booking-related details and ensuring a smooth positive client experienceall while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients by sharing options answering questions and providing accurate information
Coordinate lodging transportation and related arrangements
Communicate updates clearly and in a timely manner
