Qualifications Required: Level 3 / 4 Diploma in Children & Young Peoples Workforce (desirable not essential)
Experience in Years Required: Not essential full training provided

The Home:

• Number of Beds: Small residential setting

Who we are looking for

We are looking for passionate resilient and caring Residential Support Workers who want to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building positive relationships with young people families and professionals

• Supporting care plans risk assessments and daily routines

• Promoting emotional wellbeing education and positive outcomes

• Supporting with daily activities and structured routines

• Maintaining high-quality records and reports

Training Provided:

• 3 weeks classroom-based training

• 1 week of shadow shifts to ensure confidence in the role

• You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car

• You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)

• Candidates with only Healthcare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience will not be considered

• You require sponsorship no sponsorship available

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered
