We are looking for passionate resilient and caring Residential Support Workers who want to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
Building positive relationships with young people families and professionals
Supporting care plans risk assessments and daily routines
Promoting emotional wellbeing education and positive outcomes
Supporting with daily activities and structured routines
Maintaining high-quality records and reports
Training Provided:
Do not apply for this role if any of the following apply to you:
You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)
Candidates with only Healthcare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience will not be considered
You require sponsorship no sponsorship available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered
