The Role:
Are you passionate about healthcare and driven by results Baxter ANZ is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Compounding Sales team in Queensland reporting to the ANZ Sales Manager. This is your opportunity to work in a dynamic collaborative environment alongside a highly motivated team where your purpose accelerates our mission to save and sustain lives.

As a Sales Specialist youll be at the forefront of driving growth and strengthening Baxters presence in the market. Youll manage a diverse portfolio including Chemotherapy Monoclonal Antibodies Antibiotics building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering solutions that truly make a difference.

What Youll Do

  • Lead your territory: Develop new business and maintain existing accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Engage with key stakeholders: Build trust with hospital pharmacy and procurement teams clinicians and nurse unit managers.

  • Educate and empower: Provide in-servicing and product knowledge for Baxter Elastomeric devices.

  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with Operations Marketing and Key Account Managers to implement growth strategies.

  • Stay connected: Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver timely reporting.

  • Represent Baxter: Attend industry conferences tradeshows.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience: 1-3 years prior experience within Commercial / Sales / Account management

  • Skills: Strong negotiation relationship-building and networking skills; proven ability to manage tenders and present technical information confidently.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with key account management principles Customer-centric approach with value added selling techniques (Preferably in a Healthcare environment). Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Tech Proficient: Demonstrate strong capability in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)

  • Education: Tertiary qualifications in Health Sciences Pharmaceutical Medical Science Management or related fields.
