This role is an onsite position at our showroom located in Kyabra Street Newstead and is offering permanent part time working 30.4 hours per week.
Position Purpose
The purpose of this position is to proactively support the Regional Manager Account Managers & Segment Development Managers by prospecting identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This includes supporting both the Queensland team. The role will lead the effective use of CRM ensuring Salesforce is up to date with accurate information rich contact information and all activity and customer interactions recorded. The Customer Development Specialist will proactively seek out new leads and sales opportunities through various lead generation sources such as Hubexo and in conjunction with the sales team develop a winning strategy to secure the business. The role will support the sales team in creating and maintaining excellent client relationships. Ensure the showroom is an effective tool for use by the sales team.
