This role is based in Forres with a likely in-office commitment of between 1-3 days per week to be discussed at interview. We welcome applications from across Moray and the Highlands and Islands but have a preference for someone who can be in the Forres office at least once a week.
Due to funding criteria for this role candidates should have graduated within the last four years ideally with no more than 1 years graduate level work experience. The minimum qualification accepted will be an HNC but Degree level is preferable.
The graduate must be resident in the Highlands and Islands or Moray area for the duration of the placement. Applicants must confirm you are located in the Highlands and Islands or Moray or commit to relocating if successfully appointed to the role.
In this role you will combine providing junior PR support across multiple account teams as well as acting as an analyst for our new resource management system and contributing towards our environmental goals.
This is a 12 month traineeship initially with the option to apply for a permanent role at the end based on performance and business needs.

Understands and uses social and digital media platforms effectively on behalf of clients working with the digital team as required.
Demonstrates effective project planning.
Builds media relations skills - making and keeping contacts; handling journalist enquiries; creative pitching of stories; knowledge of the media landscape.
Builds influencer relations skills making and keeping contacts identifying suitable and credible partners for client campaigns and managing partnerships with input from the wider team while keeping abreast of current regulations.
Consistently works to quality standards.
Process Improvement Analyst
You will actively use our new project management and resource system to be assigned and manage tasks across multiple account teams helping to test and refine the processes.
You will identify and discuss any workflow issues during the placement helping to problem solve and create solutions.
Develop a standard operating procedure for future shared resource roles based on the findings and best practise established during the placement.
Sustainable Practice
Alongside the main project the graduate will research and suggest ways to reduce the organisations environmental impact.
