As a Recruiter for one of ALTENs subsidiaries you will play a key role in supporting the growth of ALTENs consulting teams in the UK. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent IT profiles and work closely with the Competence Centers Managers to deliver hiring needs aligned with project requirements and growth objectives.
This role is suited to a recruiter with solid delivery experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced performance-driven environment and partnering closely with the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening and offer management
- Recruit permanent IT consulting profiles
- Work closely with Competence Centers Managers and Sales to understand current and future hiring needs
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Contribute to recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire pipeline quality and hiring targets
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required
The position is located in Central London
Qualifications :
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Experience recruiting IT engineering or technical profiles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven high-growth environment
- Organized proactive and delivery-focused mindset
- Eligible to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance in line with client regulatory and background requirement
