Theyve built a strong culture around trust growth and balance and are now looking for a Head of Client Services to lead their client relationships teams and strategic output.
This is a senior leadership role with real influence youll sit close to decision-making help shape the agencys future and play a key role in delivering meaningful value to clients.
What the job involves
Leading the Client Services department and owning senior client relationships
Acting as the bridge between clients and internal performance creative content and tech teams
Overseeing multi-channel digital campaigns across paid media social SEO content and web
Leading client strategy planning sessions and pitches
Presenting performance reports insights and recommendations at a senior level
Ensuring projects are delivered on time on budget and to a high standard
Identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts
Improving processes systems and ways of working across the department
Managing mentoring and upskilling Account Directors and their teams
Contributing strategically at EXCO level
What you need to be considered
8 years experience in digital marketing account management
- 4 years experience leading and managing teams or departments
- 2 years experience in the Mobile Marketing field within an Agency
Solid experience working within a digital marketing agency environment
Strong understanding of performance marketing channels (PPC paid social SEO content web)
Confident senior-level client communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
Strong strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Communication (advantageous)
Must be a South African citizen with reliable transport
