Role: Client Strategy Manager
Priority Location: Latin America and South Africa
Working Hours: 10AM - 6PM (Mon - Fri) EST
Salary Range: $2500 - $3500 USD ($) per month

Role Overview:
You will act as the expertise hub: analyzing client goals crafting SEO strategies (e.g. audits keyword roadmaps) answering technical queries confidently and briefing teams via SOPs. They escalate only edge cases ensuring 80% client questions resolve without founder input.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy calls/RFPs: Putting together strategy plans for new clients (landing page targeting blog article targeting)
- Handle SEO expertise: Respond to questions on rankings backlinks Core Web Vitals using tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush.
- Oversee coordinators: Guide reporting inquiries and cross-team handoffs for seamless ops.
- Drive retention/upsell: Spot opportunities from data propose expansions.
- Experience with SaaS or International based companies. Were not looking for candidates that primarily have local SEO experience its not relevant to our clients.
- Coordinating and managing the workflow across various teams ( Keyword Research Writing Editing Publishing & Backlink Building Teams) while maintaining clear communication and accountability to ensure deliverables are met on time
- Providing strategic guidance and feedback to clients
- Execute client strategy deliverables by utilizing internal tools to generate comprehensive page plans
- Share written SEO progress updates with clients
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience working with SaaS or service-based companies not just local businesses
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to identify the right SEO actions to take
- Excellent coordination and management skills to oversee the various internal teams
- Good client communication skills able to present ideas and provide feedback professionally
- Independent problem-solving and the ability to come up with solutions on their own
- Understanding and in-depth experience of core SEO concepts like keyword research on-page optimization link building platforms such as Ahrefs SpyFu Google Search Console & Google Analytics 4
- Data analysis and reporting skills to track and communicate campaign performance
Impact of the Role:
- Handles 80% expertise upsell
- Metrics: NPS 9 churn <5%
- <3 hour response time to clients inquiries
- All client deliverables on-time and in accordance with quality standards
