WayMont Wealth Advisors a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services is a client-focused financial wealth management practice dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals. Our advisors and client service team are committed to delivering a high-touch personalized experience and we are seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our close-knit team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized personable and reliable Client Service Coordinator to manage front-office responsibilities and provide day-to-day support to our advisor and team. This is a fully in-office client-facing role serving as the first point of contact for clients and playing a critical role in creating a welcoming professional office environment.
Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Office hours: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
- In-person MondayFriday
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a warm professional manner
- Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage calendars and assist with scheduling client meetings
- Support meeting preparation and follow-up
- Process paperwork forms and client check deposits
- Triage emails and phone calls for the advisor
- Provide administrative and operational support to the advisor and team
- Potential opportunity to assist with light marketing or social media support if desired
Qualifications
- Prior administrative receptionist or client service experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask stay organized and manage priorities in a professional office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Professional dependable and client-focused demeanor
Compensation & Benefits
- Status: Full-time non-exempt
- Compensation: $19.00-24.00 - depending on experience
- Benefits may include:
- Health insurance (approximately 50% of employee premium covered; family coverage paid by employee)
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Paid time off: 1 week in the first year increasing with tenure
- Paid holidays
