Pay Rate Range: $18.00 /hr.
Employment Type: Contract (W2 through Tekberry)
Assignment Duration: March 2026 September 2026 (extension possible)
Schedule: Full-time Monday Friday (Typical hours 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; overtime may be required)
Location: Oklahoma City OK 73135 (100% Onsite)

Job Overview

Tekberry is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Client Service Specialist to support EV Battery Solutions operations for our client a global leader in automotive technology and mobility services. This role supports Battery Service Center (BSC) program initiatives and serves as a key point of coordination between dealers logistics teams and internal operations.

The Technical Client Service Specialist will assist with order processing scheduling logistics customer inquiries and operational coordination through the SNT software platform (ALFRED). This position requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across technical and logistics teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Order Support

Support dealer and retailer order processing through the SNT software platform (ALFRED)
Answer and manage incoming calls from dealers retailers and customers regarding orders and service requests
Provide customers with instructions documentation and updates related to battery service orders
Submit and process customer orders through online systems

Logistics & Coordination

Schedule and confirm transportation of EV battery products
Collaborate with the Logistics Supervisor and Client Sales Engineer to coordinate dealer support
Assist with inventory tracking and supply needs in coordination with logistics teams
Ensure timely and accurate communication across internal and external stakeholders

Operational Support

Support internal and external meetings related to operations logistics and process improvements
Assist team members with operational tasks and project support activities
Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy across order records and logistics updates

Safety & Compliance

Follow all company policies and attendance expectations
Adhere to all safety protocols including required PPE (reflective vest steel toe shoes or boots respirators protective gloves and safety glasses)
Support operational safety standards within the Battery Service Center environment

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
3 years of experience in customer service logistics coordination operations support or a related field

Alternative qualifications may include:

Associates or Bachelors degree in a related discipline with up to 1 year of relevant experience
5 years of experience in a related field in lieu of formal education

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operations environment
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting logistics inventory or operations coordination
Experience working with order management or operational software platforms
Experience supporting automotive technical service or logistics operations environments

Work Environment

This role is based onsite at the EV Battery Solutions facility in Oklahoma City and requires full-time onsite attendance. The role supports operational teams within the Battery Service Center and involves coordination with internal technical teams logistics partners and automotive dealers.
