What Youll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear timely communication
- Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth getting started experience
- Coordinate appointments and next steps using a structured process
- Answer questions point clients to the right resources and help them stay on track
- Keep records up to date (CRM/admin tasks notes follow-up actions)
- Maintain professional standards while operating independently
- Participate in weekly Zoom training and ongoing development sessions
What Were Looking For
- 5 years experience in account management client success customer service administration or another client-facing role
- Strong communication skills (phone Zoom and written)
- Professional-level English (spoken and written) as all our training and resources are delivered in English
- Experience with basic tech tools (Zoom email CRM or similar systems)
- Reliable self-managed and able to work independently
- A genuine interest in leadership and personal development education
Work Style and Setup
- Remote and flexible (Calgary/Alberta applicants encouraged)
- Performance based role aligned to individual contribution

- High autonomy in an Independent Account Manager capacity
