Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day clinic operations and support the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflows optimizing resource allocation and maintaining operational excellence across clinical sites.
The Operations Manager will work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to monitor performance implement process improvements and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. This position also plays an important role in strategic planning operational oversight and fostering a collaborative patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows and high standards of patient care
Optimize staffing scheduling and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency
Lead and support clinical and administrative teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations policies and best practices
Manage operational budgets and support financial oversight
Implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and clinic performance
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and operational initiatives
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management preferably in healthcare or clinic settings
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide staff
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Solid understanding of healthcare regulations compliance requirements and clinic operations
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
Experience with EMR systems digital tools and modern operational platforms
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Management or a related field
A Masters degree is considered an asset
Must-Have Criteria:
