Role Purpose
We areseekinga strategic and analytical Finance Business Partner to oversee the companys overall profit and loss balance sheet cashflowand financial performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments providing insights and recommendations that drive business decisions and enhance financial outcomes.
- Financial Partnership: Collaborate withC-suites oncorporatefinancial performance analysis corporate financial risks andprovidebusiness insights. Develop a deep understanding of the airlines business development.
- P&L Oversight:Monitor and analyze the companys P&L statement and KPIs on a regular basisidentifyingtrends and variances. Providetimelyreports and insights to senior management to support strategic planning and operational quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate financial performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Budget and forecasting: Own the corporate financial model prepare and manage the annual budget monthly forecasts and a 10-year financial plan (including P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow).
- Strategic planning: Play a key role in the strategic planning process by providing financial input and insights on business initiatives. Assess financial implications of business strategies investments and operational changes. Coordinate the business review meeting and work withstrategyteam to develop the template.
- Process Enhancements: Proactivelyidentifyand implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the team.
- Decision support:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their financial needs andprovideactionable data-driven insights. Perform benchmarking analysis and Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Risk management:Identifyfinancial risks and opportunities propose solutions to mitigaterisksand enhance profitability. Implement best practices for financial control and compliance.
- People management:Lead and mentor a small team of finance professionals fostering a high-performing culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
- BachelorsDegree inFinance Accounting or a related field
- Qualified accountant with CPA/ACCA/CAtitle or equivalent
- At least8years of working experience
- Strong understanding of financial principles P&L management and forecasting methods
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Big Four experience preferred
