We are seeking an experienced CA(SA) to take on a Principal Accountant / Financial Manager role within a complex reporting-driven environment. This position is ideal for a senior finance professional with a strong public sector background who is comfortable operating at a strategic and operational level.

This position is ideal for a senior finance professional with a strong public sector background who is comfortable operating at a strategic and operational level.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
- CA(SA) qualification (essential)
- 810 years post-qualification experience
- Strong public sector exposure (preferred but open)
- Proven experience in financial and statutory reporting
- Willingness to travel nationally as required
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing financial reporting in line with public sector frameworks
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation governance and reporting standards
- Managing budgeting forecasting and financial controls
- Providing financial leadership and guidance to senior stakeholders
- Supporting audits and interacting with regulatory bodies
- Managing and reviewing work of finance team members
