Whats the role
As a Business Analyst youll work closely with business and technology teams to turn ideas into solutions that make life easier for our customers. Youll capture requirements shape processes and guide delivery teams through change. This is a full-time role based in Sydney where youll be part of a collaborative team driving transformation and delivering real value.
What do I need
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear actionable requirements.
- Experience writing Agile user stories and working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with curiosity to learn and innovate.
