Position Summary:
Provide knowledge leadership and management to service assigned projects safely profitably and in accordance with the contract documents. Plan coordinate and schedule personnel materials and equipment necessary to maintain assigned accounts in good working order and sound condition.
Hiring Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or advanced technical training in the earth or environmental sciences and/or the appropriate water and/or wastewater treatment licenses.
- 6-8 years of water or wastewater system management experience ; leadership experience with a team of operators preferred.
- Knowledge of MA regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated proficient knowledge of water distribution and water/wastewater treatment operations with proven management experience. Must be able to identify and effectively resolve related issues.
- OSHA-10 General Industry Certification or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
- Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Drivers License.
