Job Summary

Electrical Project Manager Greensboro/Raleigh NC

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects ranging from $5K $200K. This role is responsible for project planning estimating scheduling purchasing and execution ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and according to specifications. The position will also support the expansion of electrical operations in the Raleigh area and help develop strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Manage electrical projects from start to finish
Perform estimating site surveys and plan reviews
Coordinate with field supervisors contractors and subcontractors
Manage schedules budgets manpower and change orders
Ensure project quality safety and timely completion
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

10 years of electrical experience in commercial/industrial projects
Ability to read and interpret multi-trade construction drawings
Experience with project coordination estimating and scheduling
Proficiency in Excel Word and Bluebeam (AutoCAD is a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Electrical license preferred
