Job Summary**

The IC Clerk is responsible for accurate and efficient inventory control activities ensuring the integrity of stock records and materials flow within Jabils operations. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining organized inventory and supporting production needs.

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform cycle counts and physical inventories of integrated circuits (ICs) and other electronic components.
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies including shortages overages and misidentified parts.
* Process incoming and outgoing materials verifying quantities part numbers and quality against documentation.
* Accurately record inventory movements in the companys enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (e.g. SAP Oracle).
* Maintain organized stock locations ensuring proper labeling storage and accessibility of materials.
* Prepare and generate various inventory reports for management review.
* Collaborate with production purchasing and quality control departments to address material-related issues.
* Operate material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jacks hand trucks) safely and efficiently if required.
* Adhere to all company safety procedures and quality standards.
* Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement within inventory control.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree in a related field preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in inventory control warehousing or a manufacturing environment preferably with electronic components.
* Proficiency in using inventory management systems or ERP software (e.g. SAP Oracle).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and physical inventory tasks.
* Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations quickly and accurately.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.
* Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
