Metro Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk to support administrative and operational functions by managing and processing property-related data. The Data Processing Clerk will be responsible for entering organizing verifying and maintaining accurate records related to tenants leases vendors maintenance requests and financial transactions.
This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy of company databases and supporting property managers accounting staff and administrative teams with reliable information needed for efficient property management operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process and enter property tenant lease and vendor information into company databases and property management systems.
Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness before processing data.
Update maintenance requests work orders and service documentation in internal systems.
Input and verify financial data such as rent payments invoices and vendor billing records.
Maintain organized digital filing systems for contracts association records and property documentation.
Assist in preparing reports spreadsheets and summaries for management and accounting teams.
Conduct routine data checks to identify and correct discrepancies or missing information.
Retrieve and compile data requested by property managers or administrative staff.
Ensure compliance with company record-keeping policies and data management standards.
Maintain confidentiality when handling tenant vendor and financial information.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in data processing data entry administrative support or office operations.
Strong typing skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in property management real estate administration or HOA management.
Familiarity with property management or accounting software systems.
Basic understanding of financial documentation and invoice processing.
