Job Overview: We are currently seeking Ground Staff to join our team and assist in the smooth operation of our flights all over India. The Ground Staff will be responsible for various tasks such as checking in passengers handling baggage and providing assistance to passengers with special needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and check-in passengers in a friendly and professional manner - Handle baggage and ensure it is properly tagged and loaded onto the aircraft - Assist passengers with special needs such as those with disabilities or young children - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other relevant information - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with other ground staff and flight crew to ensure a smooth and efficient operation - Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations at all times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage when needed - Knowledge of local languages and cultures is an asset - Must be willing to travel and work at different airports across India We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
