Job Overview: As a Passenger Service Executive/Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all passengers at the airport. You will be the first point of contact for passengers and will play a crucial role in ensuring their smooth travel experience. Your duties will include assisting passengers with check-in boarding and baggage handling as well as providing information and assistance to passengers with special needs. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers at the airport and assist them with their check-in process - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and cancellations - Handle passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following airport and airline regulations - Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a smooth and timely boarding process - Handle baggage and cargo including loading and unloading and ensure proper handling and storage - Communicate with other airport staff including ground crew pilots and air traffic controllers to coordinate flight operations - Assist passengers with special needs such as elderly or disabled passengers and provide necessary assistance and support - Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all equipment is in good working condition - Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations at all times - Handle any other duties assigned by the airport or airline management. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Knowledge of basic computer applications - Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
