Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Market Research & Analysis:Identify new market opportunities customer segments and competitive threats in the industrial minerals sector.
- Sales Generation & Lead Management:Develop qualify and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM):Maintain relationships with existing customers and act as the primary contact for inquiries from key industries (e.g. steel cement construction agriculture).
- Marketing Strategy Implementation:Execute marketing plans including product promotions advertising and digital campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Product Knowledge & Promotion:Develop an in-depth understanding of technical specifications for milled/pulverized limestone products to effectively market them.
- Event & Campaign Management:Organize and attend trade shows industry conferences and promotional events.
- Reporting & Analytics:Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives preparing reports on sales trends and market data.
- Operational Coordination:Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education:Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:3-5 years in marketing preferably within the manufacturing mining or industrial minerals sector.
- Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with industrial minerals (limestone dolomite calcium carbonate) or related construction materials.
- Skills:
