Job Purpose This role is responsible for generating business through existing customer base cross-selling loan products and driving conversions at partner locations.
This role involves field sales activities lead conversion relationship management and achieving monthly sales targets with high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to existing customers for cross-selling personal loan products.
Explain product features eligibility and benefits to customers.
Handle customer queries effectively and maintain a positive relationship.
Achieving monthly sales and productivity targets
Maintain and update customer details and sales records in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth disbursement and post sales follow-up.
Job Requirements Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Experience Freshers to 5 years of sales experience will be an added advantage
Functional Competencies Basic knowledge of KYC and documentation Field sales ability and customer handling Behavioral Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric approach proactive and self-motivated People Management & Networking skill
