Job Title: SAP for Utilities Billing
Location: Bengaluru Hyderabad Pune Gurgaon Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Billing Consultant responsible for implementing configuring and supporting SAP Utilities Billing solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements configure billing processes and ensure smooth integration with other SAP IS-U modules.

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and support SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing processes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure billing schemas rate categories rate determination and invoicing processes.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IS-U modules such as Device Management FICA and Customer Service (CS).
Support testing phases including unit testing SIT and UAT.
Provide production support and issue resolution.
Participate in system enhancements upgrades and optimization.
Prepare documentation including functional design documents (FDD) and configuration guides.

Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
Knowledge of rate configuration and billing schemas.
Understanding of utilities industry processes.
Experience with integration between IS-U modules (FICA Device Management CRM).
Experience in SAP implementation or support projects.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot billing and invoicing issues.
