Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

GenAI (Now Assist) Solution Strategy

Design and implement ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities including:

o Agent Assist & Case Assist

o Incident & Case Summarization

o Knowledge Article Generation

o Conversational AI & Virtual Agent Enhancements

o Workflow & Task Intelligence via GenAI

Define GenAI governance responsible AI practices and adoption guardrails

Align GenAI capabilities with enterprise data security and compliance policies
