Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to support our hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and be eager to grow in the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and other channels
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
* Conduct initial HR screening calls
* Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
* Assist in offer rollouts and follow-ups with selected candidates
* Support employer branding and recruitment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment
* Basic understanding of recruitment processes
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR tools
* Willingness to work from office (WFO).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using job portals like Naukri Indeed LinkedIn.
