Job Summary
Job Title: Customer Support Executive Banking Project
Job Location: Tech Mahindra Tower Gift One 19th Floor Gift city Gandhinagar Gujarat Pin code - 382355
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to banking services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines and compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Deliver a positive customer experience during each interaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate Freshers or Undergraduates with experience.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required for undergraduates. (Offer letter Exp letter & last 3 months pay slip or bank statement required)
- Communication Skills: Average communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Typing Skills: Basic typing speed required.
- Language Skills: Should be able to read English and translate from English to Hindi.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in 24*7rotational shifts. (Day shift for Females)
Working Conditions:
- 5 days working
- 2 rotational week offs
Interview Round: - HR Round Ops round & Client Roung and typing
Compensation: -
Experience (6 months & above): 200800 LPA: 14800 in hand
Fresher: 179794 LPA: 13200 in hand
