Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in SAP to manage procurement activities vendor coordination and purchase documentation. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end procurement process including PR to PO cycle.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations negotiations and timely delivery.
Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance.
Ensure timely follow-up on material delivery and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare MIS reports related to procurement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments (stores finance production etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any graduate /Diploma Holder
1 5 years of experience in procurement or purchase function.
Hands-on experience in SAP (MM Module preferred).
Good knowledge of vendor management and negotiation.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Knowledge in MS Excel and reporting tools
