b Summary We are looking for a Senior Analyst HR MIS Reporting to support HR analytics and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background with expertise in MIS reporting data analysis and dashboard creation. This role will focus on transforming HR data into meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making and improve HR operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain HR MIS reports related to headcount attrition hiring and other HR metrics.

Develop and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel.

Analyze HR data to identify trends patterns and actionable insights for HR leadership.

Ensure accuracy consistency and timely delivery of HR reports and analytics.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide data-driven insights.

Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for senior management and HR teams.

Track and report key HR KPIs such as attrition recruitment metrics and workforce analytics.

Support data extraction data cleaning and data validation processes.

Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and data analytics tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications

4 6 years of experience in HR MIS reporting or HR analytics.

Strong HR background with exposure to HR metrics and reporting.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Macros preferred).

Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard creation.

Strong data analysis and data interpretation skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
