Role Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Role Summary
Drive revenue growth by identifyin g new business opportunities nurturing strategic partnerships and closing deals that align with Roamtechs product offerings. Responsible for building a healthy sales pipeline market expansion and enhancing client relationships to achieve sustainable business growth.

Revenue and sales target achievement
Pipeline growth and conversion rate
Number and quality of new partnerships signed
Customer satisfaction and retention
Market expansion progress

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new markets clients and revenue streams across Roamtechs VAS and fintech product suite
Develop customized proposals business cases and commercial models for potential clients
Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with decision-makers and influencers
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation closure and onboarding
Monitor industry trends competitor activity and regulatory developments to inform strategy
Work closely with product and tech teams to align customer needs with solutions and product roadmap
Support product launches with go-to-market strategies and client engagement
Prepare periodic forecasts pipeline reports and performance updates for management
Represent Roamtech at industry events trade shows and forums to build visibility and generate leads
Manage contract renewals upsells and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and materials to support business growth
Ensure CRM systems are updated with accurate lead opportunity and client information
Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Share market intelligence to influence product innovation and strategic decisions
Minimum 5 years in B2B sales or business development preferably in telecom fintech or tech sectors
Proven track record of hitting commercial targets and managing key accounts
