About the Role
Were looking for astrategicand executiondrivenManager Agile Delivery to join ourTechnologyorganization.Reporting to theChief Technology Officeryoullbeleading the agile delivery teamof Scrum Mastersto grow scale and expandourcapabilities to increaseandenhance the deliverycadence and qualityof our platform.

- Coach and Enable Spend timeobservingassessingcoaching and teaching our Scrum Masters the essential skills needed to excel at what they do.
- Manage your Team Have direct oversight with your ownScrum teamas well as those of the other Scrum Masters ensuring that the team has the resources and support they need for excellence.
- OwnGrow and Scale the Process Evolve our Agile frameworkand Delivery systemto meet the needs of a scaling organization champion its usage andenableProduct team memberswiththe necessary Agile methodologiesto create cohesive workflows.
- Be a Leader Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and mid-year touchpoints adapt your leadership style to match youremployeesneeds provide clear role expectations lead with empathy and trust and be a positive ambassador for the company your team and other employees
What You Bring
- 3-5years of experiencecoaching Agile methodologies or working as a senior Scrum Master with practical teaching experience.
- 3-5 years of proven experience leading or supporting quarterly planning especially within a SaaS environment.
- Strong working experience withAgile tools including MiroProductboard Jira and Confluence.
- A strongcoaching mindsetservant leadership mentality and the ability tohold team members accountabletodeliverystipulations and requirements whileenabling growthandbringing out the best in them.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-moving environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam ifrequired)
Compensation:$90000$125000CAD per year
This role requiresworkingonsite in ourCambridgeofficetwo days per week. Ifyouremore than an hour away apply anywaywereopen to discussing options.
