We are looking for a special kind of person a St Vincents kind of person. Someone who puts compassion connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.

As a Registered Nurse you will work in partnership with a number of individuals and professionals to ensure the health & clinical needs and informed choices of residents are met as part of a supportive dedicated team at St Vincents Care Services Corinda

At St Vincents Care our Heartprint model ensures compassionate holistic person-centred care that empowers residents and fosters a sense of belonging independence and cultural respect creating a life filled with purpose and wellbeing.

Located just 14 km from the CBD in the leafy western suburbs St Vincents Care Corinda is a beautiful newly built home. Opened in early 2022 the home will deliver outstanding levels of wellbeing and comfort for our residents and a positive uplifting work/life balance for our staff.

Things that work for us:

  • Availability for FIXED TERM PART TIME position.

  • Availability for following shifts:

  • Week 1: Monday Tuesday Wednesday mornings & Thursday Friday afternoons.

  • Week 2: Monday Tuesday morning then Thursday Friday afternoon

  • Ready to work as per rostered pattern.

  • High experience in working with Dementia clients would be an advantage

  • Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential

  • Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged care facility

  • High level of customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan

  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities

  • Nationally Coordinated Police Clearance Certificate or NDIS Clearance
