Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive windscreen repair replacement and related services.
- Provide accurate and professional advice on windscreen types materials and installation processes.
- Collaborate with technicians and service coordinators to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of windscreen safety standards fitment and compatibility with various vehicle models.
- Handle customer transactions efficiently including order processing payment handling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming sales floor or service counter environment.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions sales and service requests.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant automotive glass products and accessories.
- Adapt quickly to changing customer needs product updates and operational demands.
- Contribute to team goals by supporting marketing initiatives and promoting company services.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 01 year of experience in customer service retail or sales (automotive or related industries preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of automotive windscreens including types damage assessment and safety features.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office CRM tools).
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of automotive glass installation and repair.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (preferred).
