Job Summary

Monitor and control stock levels of tracking devices SIM cards accessories and spare parts

Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems

Conduct regular stock counts (daily weekly monthly) and reconcile discrepancies

Receive inspect and record incoming stock deliveries

Issue stock to technicians installers and operations teams as required

Track stock movement between warehouses vehicles and field technicians

Ensure proper storage labeling and handling of sensitive tracking equipment

Prepare inventory reports variance reports and stock valuation reports

Coordinate with HQ to ensure timely replenishment of stock

Identify slow-moving obsolete or damaged stock and recommend action

Ensure compliance with company policies audit requirements and security procedures

Support audits and provide accurate documentation when required

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field

24 years of experience in stock control inventory management or warehouse operations

Experience in a tracking telecom electronics or logistics company is an advantage
