- Manage switchboard operations including answering directing and routing incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide real-time support to cashiers by assisting with transaction processing handling payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for all administrative and operational documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between departments including relaying messages scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and initiate reordering as needed to prevent disruptions.
- Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry document preparation and report generation.
- Identify and resolve minor operational issues promptly demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front-desk presence representing the company with integrity and courtesy.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and other materials as required by management.
- Stay current with company policies and procedures and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
