Identify customer feedback and relay insights to management for continuous improvement.
Adhere to company policies safety procedures and ethical sales practices.

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or coursework in sales marketing or business is an advantage.
01 year of experience in customer service retail or sales (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
Demonstrated customer care abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
Solid product knowledge and the ability to learn and communicate product details clearly.
Proven problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints or issues efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail in transaction processing inventory checks and record-keeping.
