About the role:
Work on a variety of high-quality professional liability matters and gain hands on experience across the full lifecycle of matters including:
- Managing professional indemnity claims and disputes.
- Drafting pleadings advices position papers and correspondence to clients/insurers.
- Preparing for mediations conferences and hearings.
- Running files with appropriate supervision with increasing autonomy as you progress.
The ideal candidate:
- 2 years PQE in professional liability insurance litigation or broader disputes.
- Solid drafting skills and attention to detail.
- A practical commercial approach and strong communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing deadlines and work collaboratively in a tight-knit team.
