As a Manager Recruiting at Motive you will support and help scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) recruiting efforts in Mexico partnering closely with stakeholders across Sales Customer Success Solution Engineering and Marketing. This role is ideal for someone with 2 years of formal people leadership experience and desires to remain highly hands-on as a player/coach.
You will manage a team of GTM Recruiters in Mexico while also personally owning full-cycle recruiting for priority roles. Our Talent function has made significant progress and this role plays an important part in continuing to improve execution candidate experience and stakeholder partnership as the business grows.
This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City requiring 23 days per week in the office.
What Youll Do
- Support and manage a team of GTM Recruiters hiring for Sales Customer Success Solution Engineering and Marketing roles in Mexico
- Act as a player/coach running full-cycle recruiting for select GTM roles - expect to spend 20-25% of time personally recruiting full cycle and 75-80% of time performing managerial responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting responsibilities including sourcing screening interviewing and offer support for assigned roles
- Provide day-to-day guidance coaching and feedback to recruiters to support performance and development
- Help set and manage stakeholders expectations around process timelines and candidate quality
- Contribute to building and refining interview processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Develop creative and repeatable talent model to build sustainable GTM talent pipeline strategies
- Track recruiting activity and metrics to identify trends gaps and areas for improvement
- Partner with senior recruiting leadership on team initiatives reporting and process improvements
- Participate in local and global recruiting project and meetings
What We Hope You Bring
- 8 years of recruiting experience with exposure to GTM roles (Sales Customer Success Marketing)
- 12 years of people leadership experience
- Experience recruiting in Mexico or LATAM markets; GTM focus strongly preferred
- Comfort operating as a hands-on recruiter while supporting and guiding team members
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility with hiring managers
- Experienced using data and metrics to inform recruiting decisions and improve outcomes
- Organized adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment
- Clear proactive communicator who values collaboration and team development
- Based in Mexico City and willing to work from the office 23 days per week
