Longton Blackwell is seeking an experienced and motivated Lawyer / Registered Migration Agent to join our growing Immigration Law practice in Sydney. Founded in 2012 as a tight-knit group of solicitors we have become one of Australias fastest-growing national law firms and are on a journey to be recognised among the top 30 law firms in Australia.

In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of migration and visa matters provide practical client-focused advice prepare and lodge applications liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and contribute to team knowledge-sharing. You may also mentor junior staff and support business development initiatives.

About You:

MARA registration and/or admission as an Australian Solicitor
Minimum 2 years experience in migration law with AAT or tribunal experience preferred
Strong knowledge of the Migration Act Regulations and Departmental Policy
Ability to manage files autonomously while collaborating with a team
Excellent communication organisational and client-service skills
High integrity discretion and confidentiality
Experience with Migration Manager (MM) highly regarded
Multilingual skills advantageous but not essential
