1. Payroll (Pre Post and Core payroll) Processing:
Payroll Preparation-Maintenance (Step increases new hires address changes terminations etc)
Import Prep (Including payroll adjustment forms)
Visibility on payroll steps and service providers role in each step
Clear concept of inflow and out and impact of superannuation
Understands pre-payroll and reconciliation activities
Reconcile workers compensation and generate reports
2. Data Management:
Maintain and update AU payroll databaseensuringdata integrity
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Complete visibility about Hire to Retire and impact of joiners/leavers/movers in payroll
3. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and tax regulations in payroll processing.
Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports for compliance audits.
Prepare and maintain payroll records for AU compliance audits
4. Customer Support:
Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support.
Bachelors degree in HR Management Finance Accounting or a related field.
Experience in payroll or a similar role.
Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
Five Days working from Office
Preference of an understanding of Payroll module
Familiarity with Human Resource Management System platforms Ticketing tools and Australia statutory payroll requirements.
Certification in payroll management is a plus.
Payroll Tool knowledge

Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
